What’s New

We’ve introduced an AI-OCR powered document verification flow that transforms the way you handle student-submitted files.

When a student uploads an admit card, certificate, or any required document:

• Our OCR engine reads the file (PDF or image)
• AI extracts structured data based on the schema you define (e.g., Roll Number, Name, Date of Birth)
• The system validates the extracted data against your rules (patterns, formats, authenticity checks)
• Admins see the original file, extracted values, and an authenticity indicator all in one view

No more endless hours of manual verification.

How It Works?

1. When you want learners to access a course only after you verify their details, like an exam hall ticket or enrollment card, set up the course with Requires approval and let OCR handle the document checks and authentication automatically.

2. Go to Form Builder, add a new field labeled for eg: “Add your Admit card,” choose File as the field type, and make it required if needed.

3. Turn on Enable AI Extraction, write a clear extraction prompt such as “Extract Name, DOB, Phone number,” and click Publish. The AI Extraction feature costs ₹1 per user-uploaded file scan.

4. When learners enroll, they will be prompted to upload the file, and after submission they will see a success message confirming the upload. OCR will parse any pdf or image based files.

5. As an admin, open Moderate in the course to review and approve pending enrollments and see uploaded files.
6. Use the Export with AI button to download an Excel sheet with the extracted details from the documents.

7. The extracted details will be downloaded as excel file
