Introducing Targeted Notifications, a smarter, condition-based way to reach exactly who you need, when you need them.
What’s New:
The new Targeted Notifications feature gives admins precise control over who receives updates.
Instead of sending one-size-fits-all announcements, you can now:
- Send to specific users (by selecting them directly)
- Send to product buyers (e.g., all users who purchased X product)
- Send to course enrollees (users with access to Y course)
- Send to users by custom field values (like “Region = North America”)
- Send to batch members (e.g., students from Batch 2025)
On top of that, you can save reusable templates, so you don’t have to rebuild conditions every time.
Why It Matters:
Generic notifications lead to two big problems: users tune out, and admins waste time.
With Targeted Notifications, you:

How It Works?
Here’s how to set it up in just a few steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Memberships > Members Management to access your user list.
Step 2: From the Action menu, select Send push notifications.
Step 3: Click + Add Template to create a new notification workflow
Step 4 : Enter a Template Title and choose your Recipient Type (e.g., Selected Users, Product Purchased, Course Access, Batch Access, or Custom Field).
Step 5: Write your Notification Title and Message.
Step 6 : Either Save template to reuse later, or click Save and send notification to deliver it immediately.
