We had focused more on stabilizing the platform in terms of performance and reduced downtime.
As a result, we could only churn out fewer features.
Nevertheless here are the updates:
- Tags support for all your contents
- Make guest attempts searchable by email and phone in admin stats
- BHIM, Gpay, PayTM, and PhonePe support for white-labeled PayU
Added tags support
We deprecated Categories and moved to a robust Tagging system. 💪
With this new feature, you can assign your own tags to all your content which includes questions, exams, notes, assignments, videos, files, etc
The option to tags is appended in the action items location for that particular content. For example, in questions, you could find tags next to Edit Question.
All the tags present in your portal can be viewed in a consolidated manner in Settings.
You can also filter content based on the tags. This is usually available in the side filter menu. Alternatively, you could filter from the settings tags page.
This is a huge leap in helping your content in getting organized.
If you apply your mind, you come up with creative ways even in having new workflows created in organizing your content.
For ex: you can have a quick review system with the following tags in questions
For Review, Looks OK, Needs edit, Flag, Recommend Deletion.
One person can filter the questions based on the tags and it would act as a queue to review.
This can also help you to tighten quality control, identify mistakes in your content, do course correction early and prevent unnecessary backlash for your organization from the public in case of any issues in the content.
This is just a sample use case. The possibilities lie in your creativity! 🌠
Make guest attempts searchable by email and phone in admin stats
This is a simple and long-pending requirement from our side.
Earlier the attempts search were limited to user accounts created on the platform.
Now you can search your guest attempts who don't have an account in the platform based on their email and phone number.
This can come in handy for your sales team to give discounts based on their performance in some public scholarship tests.
BHIM, UPI, Gpay, PayTM, PhonePe support
This is another minor add-on to increase your sale conversions and reduce your card abandonment rates.
Our PayU integration was using an age-old version of their integration. Pre-UPI days! 😱
We dusted the implementation and delegated it completely to them. Now you can decide what all payment methods you want directly in your PayU settings. It will get reflected automagically! 🧙♂️
